Ich habe eine Festplatte ST8000DM004 von Seagate 8TB, diese fährt kurz hoch,(was man hört) danach schaltet sich diese einfach wieder ab. Platinennummer ist 100815597 REV D. Passt der Festplattencontroler dazu, dass ich meine Daten wieder auslesen kann?

    * The drive will power up normally and be recognized correctly but will report a size of 0 bytes

    * The drive will power up but report SMART errors on boot

Those problem is caused by the HDD firmware corrupted.You can find a data recovery company help.

Please advise do you still need the PCB or not?

die Festplatte wird vom meinem Apple Computer erkannt, mit der Meldung, dass diese neu formatiert werden soll.
Deshalb bin ich der Meinung, dass der Fehler im Festplattencontroler liegt.
Bitte senden Sie mir einen Ersatz-Festplattencontroler zu.
Kann ich diesen Controler, wenn es nicht klappen sollte, auch wieder zurück senden?

It is used for data recovery/repair issues, the PCB board has been tested and in good working condition. There is no refund/exchange policy;

If the HDD can spin, swapping PCB will not help.
